PPG Welcomes 12 New and Returning Members in 2021

Partners in Project Green continues to work with our growing community of businesses, government bodies, institutions, and utilities to deliver quality programming and services in each of our four performance areas: energy, engagement, water stewardship and waste diversion.

This year, PPG welcomed 12 new and returning members, each focusing on improving their economic, social and environmental performance:

CD Sonter CD Sonter is an environmental consulting company providing effective sustainable solutions to commercial, institutional, and industrial clients across Canada for more than 30 years. Electronic Recycling Association Electronic Recycling Association (ERA) is a non-profit organization that has been reducing unnecessary electronic waste since 2004. ERA has reduced adverse environmental contribution through electronic recycling, repurposing and through the donation of electronics and other IT Equipment. With a number of drop off locations around Canada based primarily out of Calgary, Edmonton, Vancouver, Saskatoon, Toronto, Montreal and Winnipeg, and an electronic pickup service, the ERA provides a meaningful way for organizations and individuals to deal with their old computer equipment in a safe and secure manner that matches or exceeds government standards.

Ontario Green Screen Ontario Green Screen is a group of 20 organizations from screen industries and government agencies, with a coherent green plan for sustainable film and television production in Ontario.
Sheridan College Sheridan College has grown from a local college of 400 students to one of Ontario’s leading postsecondary institutions, educating approximately 22,500 full-time and 18,500 continuing and part-time studies students every year on three campuses in three Ontario cities — Oakville, Brampton and Mississauga.

Woodbine Entertainment Group Woodbine Entertainment Founded in 1881, Woodbine Entertainment Group (WEG), formerly the Ontario Jockey Club, is the largest operator of horse racing in Canada.
