The Energy Leaders Consortium (ELC) is invited for a Member Roundtable and Site Visit to RESCo Energy, on October 23rd. Lena Hellyer, Director, Business Development, RESCo Energy will share insights on integrating renewable energy into business strategy, with an emphasis on what’s possible in today’s electricity market.
The session highlights are as follows:
- Presentation on renewable energy and energy storage projects led by RESCo
- Facility Tour of the Flynn Manufacturing building (in-person only)
- Member Roundtable

Lena Hellyer
Director, Business Development, RESCo Energy
Lena is the Director of Business Development at RESCo, where she drives strategic growth in solar photovoltaics for commercial and industrial customers. For many years, Lena has also served as the in-house sustainability consultant for Flynn Canada focusing on energy reduction, waste diversion, and sustainability-focused initiatives. With an undergraduate degree concentrated in sustainability and a post-graduate diploma in sustainable business, she combines academic training with hands-on experience to help organizations transition toward cleaner, more resilient operations.
Passionate about environmental stewardship and climate action, Lena collaborates with her customers to implement practical, high-impact solutions. Her work aligns closely with the mission and values of the Toronto Region Conservation Authority, supporting efforts to build sustainable communities through innovation and partnership.
