The Energy Leaders Consortium (ELC) is invited to a day of discovery and impact! Join us for an interactive session led by energy experts Stephen Dixon and Michel Parent.
The ELC will put on their detective hats and work together to uncover new opportunities to reduce GHG emissions and boost energy efficiency. Hosted by members Mother Parkers Tea and Coffee, this full‑day session will provide practical ways to optimize operations, cut utility costs, and take climate action. The group will also learn about the latest support programs and incentives available to help accelerate sustainability goals.
The session will consist of:
- Facility walk-through to observe best practices and energy-conservation opportunities
- Expert-led presentations on implementing energy projects
- Group discussions to strategize solutions to mutual challenges

Stephen Dixon, Principal, TdS Dixon Inc.
Stephen Dixon brings a practical, hands-on approach to the challenge of developing the energy management capacities of a broad range of institutional, commercial and industrial organizations. He has over 35 years of energy management experience, including more than 800 energy assessments and the facilitation of over 1,700 energy management workshops.
Michel Parent, CEO, Technosim Inc.
Michel Parent is a partner at Technosim, a consulting engineering firm specializing in energy efficiency. Michel is specialized in energy efficiency in the commercial, institutional and industrial sectors and has performed numerous audits across North America. He has been in charge of major energy efficiency and technico-economic evaluations for Hydro-Québec and CEDRL.
