On Thursday May 30, PPG’s annual spring networking event moved online, bringing together business sustainability professionals from private, public, and not-for-profit sectors to learn from one another and hear from an expert panel of speaker.
PPG Connect: Managing the Plastics Lifecycle – Getting to Zero Plastic Waste focused on how businesses manage the plastic lifecycle in their operations, from reducing their use, increasing consumption of recycled plastics, and diverting plastics away from landfill and the environment. Speakers included John Coyne (VP External Affairs and Sustainability, Unilever Canada), Kyla Greenham (Manager of Conservation and Environment, Toronto Zoo), and Christoper Hilkene (Chief Executive Officer, Pollution Probe).
