The Energy Leaders Consortium is invited to join a virtual educational session with Toronto Hydro. Members will have the chance to engage with a climate action expert from the utility and learn more about the key considerations for a successful electrification project.
This session will provide an overview of support and tools offered by Toronto Hydro, including:
- Toronto Hydro Capacity Map: This tool can help companies in the region make an informed site selection and advance their electrification efforts.
- Heat Load Estimator: An early-stage planning tool to assist with building electrification.
- Best practices in engaging with an LDC on electrification: Understanding the utility’s perspective
- Portfolio Manager: An interactive resource management tool that enables customers to benchmark their energy usage online.
- Virtual Decarbonization Audits: A software tool that uses property and utility information from Portfolio Manager to model your building and provide actionable recommendations for energy and GHG savings.
There will be some time for Q/A and discussion after the presentation.
This event is for Energy Leaders Consortium members only. For more information about the Energy Leaders Consortium or to learn how you can join, please contact Matt Brunette: matt.brunette@trca.ca
