PPG is so excited to have your team join us on Saturday, September 24 for our Fall Tree Planting.
As team leader/organizer, please complete the form below. If you would like us to contact Members directly with their release forms, please include individual work emails for anyone attending who is over 18 years old. Otherwise, we will share the release form with you via email for you to distribute. Or, attendees can arrive a little early and complete the release form at the event.

Time: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Parking: parking lot in park and parking available along Colonel Bertram Dr near the trail entrance
Amenities: Water and snacks provided. Please bring water bottle, gloves if you have them.
