2026 Annual Forum Exhibitor Guide

We’re excited to offer the sustainable GTA community our 2026 PPG Annual Forum: The Courage to Transform: Business Model Innovation for a Climate Resilient Economy. Important Details

Date: Thursday, June 11, 2026

Exhibitor Hours: Set-up between 7:45am-8:45am; tear down from 4:00pm-5:00pm

Event Time: 9:00am-4:00pm

Location: University of Toronto Mississauga – Kaneff Centre (1833 1C6 Inner Cir Rd, Mississauga, ON L5L 1C6)

Audience: With an attendance consisting of businesses and individuals who are interested in efficiencies and finding solutions to climate change challenges, this is a rare opportunity to reach a larger audience of PPG Members and our greater sustainable business community. Total attendance will be around 200 people from across the GTHA from every industry and sector. Check out PPG’s Member page to get an idea of the organizations who will be present at this event.

Exhibitor Details and Pricing

Your exhibitor experience comes with the following:

  • some floorspace behind table for display (suggest 1-2 pop-up banners)
  • 2 complimentary tickets to the Forum
  • 1 table (10 x 6ft) and 2 chairs
  • Logo placement on Partners in Project Green’s exhibitor page
  • Logo placement on event promotion materials through Partners in Project Green’s LinkedIn and newsletter
  • Special thanks during the event program
PPG Members: $500 + HST
Non-Members: $600 +HST

Note: Exhibit booths will be pre-assigned based on exhibitor type and any unique needs specified in your registration form.


Event Layout

Please note that all Exhibitors will be located in the rotunda in the main event space. This does maximize your visibility and accessibility for engagement at this event. It does also mean there will be some downtime for engagement while speaker sessions are happening, which we hope will be informative and engaging for you as well. Exhibit Standards

Partners in Project Green, a part of Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), reserves the right to prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit that, in the organizers’ opinion, is not suitable to or in keeping with the character or purpose of the event. We ask exhibitors to stay and refrain from packing up until event end 4:00pm unless otherwise instructed by PPG staff.

Refund Policy

In the event that your company has registered for a booth at the PPG Annual Forum and is unable to participate, a refund will be processed, less a 10% administration fee, until May 31st, 2026. Refunds will not be issued after June 1st, 2026.
