E-Waste Donations Made from 2023 Recycling Collection Drive
In October 2023, Partners in Project Green celebrated the completion of the annual Recycling Collection Drive during Circular Economy Month in Canada and Waste Reduction Week. With 30 sites participating from across the Greater Toronto Area, a total of 13,579 lbs (6,165 kg) of electronic waste was collected.
As part of the wonderful work done by Electronic Recycling Association, many of these electronics were refurbished and donated to various organizations.
