On April 2, 2026, PPG hosted a Lunch & Learn session around employee engagement. In this session, PPG Members Rob Ventura (ESG Manager, Enercare) and Lisa Vanlint (Manager of Environmental Sustainability, UHN) shared success stories, lessons learned, and practical strategies for establishing sustainability initiatives and embedding sustainability into workplace culture. Rob Ventura (ESG Manager, Enercare)
Rob Ventura is a sustainability professional passionate about integrating ESG into core business operations and driving meaningful impact. He has experience across waste and recycling, corporate real estate, and consumer services.
Currently in his role as ESG Manager at Enercare Inc., he leads the organization’s internal ESG engagement program, strengthening awareness, driving action, and fostering a culture aligned with key ESG priorities.

Lisa Vanlint (Manager, Environmental Sustainability, UHN)
Lisa Vanlint is the Manager of Environmental Sustainability in the Energy and Environment team within FM-PRO at University Health Network (UHN). Lisa started at UHN in 2011 as Energy Steward and previously coordinated the greening initiative at St. Michael’s Hospital, Unity Health. With a background in communications and project management from University of Toronto and TMU, Lisa leads on employee engagement, behavior change and environmental compliance in varied areas of sustainability including energy conservation, waste reduction, toxics, transportation and procurement. Through her work, UHN has achieved Canada’s Greenest Employer status from 2021 and onwards.
