Recycling Collection Drive 2026- Site Registration

Partners in Project Green will be hosting the Recycling Collection Drive (RCD) this October to celebrate Waste Reduction Week and Circular Economy Month in Canada! RCD is an employee engagement campaign that collects and recycles clothing and household textiles in partnership with Diabetes Canada and Electronic Recycling Association. This year, the RCD will be held between October 12-25, 2026.

Registration for this year’s RCD ends September 11, 2026 at 5:00pm EST.

There are limited spots available per organization and 40 sites in total. Sites will go through an approval process, and we anticipate registration to fill up quickly. So, don’t hesitate and register now!

PPG members are entitled to a discount off the registration fee, as noted in the registration form.

*Please note that one (1) pick-up at the end of the campaign is included in your registration fee. We advise that you coordinate storage for any potential overflow material over the course of the campaign. Please indicate if you anticipate needing additional pick-ups.

Each location will receive one (1) free pick up at the end of the campaign. However, additional TEXTILE pick ups can be scheduled for $100 per site unless the organization collects more than 10,000 lbs (4,500 kg), in which case ten (10) free additional pick ups can be offered. Please indicate how many pick ups you anticipate and when. Partners in Project Green will contact you to discuss this request.

Each additional ELECTRONIC WASTE pick up can be scheduled for $75 fee unless the organization collects at least 8,800 lbs (4,000 kg). Please indicate how many pick ups you anticipate and when. Partners in Project Green will contact you to discuss this request.
