Exhibitor Hours: Set-up between 7:45am-8:45am; tear down from 4:00pm-5:00pm
Event Time: 9:00am-4:00pm
Location: Humber College North Campus
Audience: Our attendance consists of businesses and individuals who are interested in efficiencies and finding solutions to climate change challenges, this is a rare opportunity to reach a larger audience of PPG Members and our greater sustainable business community. Total attendance will be around 180 people from across the GTHA from every industry and sector. Check out PPG’s Member page to get an idea of the organizations who will be present at this event.

Your exhibitor experience comes with the following:
- some floorspace behind table for display (suggest 1-2 small pop-up banners)
- 2 complimentary tickets to the Forum
- 1 table (6ft long) and 2 chairs

- Logo placement on Partners in Project Green’s exhibitor page

Exhibit Standards
Partners in Project Green, a part of Toronto and Region Conservation Authority (TRCA), reserves the right to prohibit any exhibit or part of an exhibit that, in the organizers’ opinion, is not suitable to or in keeping with the character or purpose of the event. We ask exhibitors to stay and refrain from packing up until event end 4:00pm unless otherwise instructed by PPG staff.
Refund Policy
In the event that your company has registered for a booth at the PPG Annual Forum and is unable to participate, a refund will be processed, less a 10% administration fee, until May 1st, 2027. Refunds will not be issued after May 2nd, 2027.
