Members of the Circular Economy Leaders Consortium and Energy Leaders Consortium are invited to join a two-part series workshop aimed at engaging organizational leadership into wide-spread sustainability initiatives.
As leaders, how do we create the conditions for collaboration and positive change toward circular solutions in our organizations? This work is not the job of one person, team, or department alone. Delivering our sustainability and decarbonization goals requires engaged leadership across our organizations. This 2-part session will focus on strategies and approaches to go beyond traditional employee engagement programs and foster collaborative leadership. Join us on November 13th 2024 (2:00-3:00pm) for an introductory webinar followed by a half-day, in-person practice workshop on November 27th, 2024 (10:00am-1:30pm) led by seasoned sustainability innovator, Nadine Gudz.
Learning Objectives
- Identify and develop collaborative leadership competencies, practices and strategies
- Explore the concept of “communityship” as an alternative to leadership
- Practice storytelling as a pathway to engagement across functions
- Apply the Three Horizons framework to facilitating dialogue with diverse stakeholder groups about the future, change and the transition to circularity
